It can be frustrating to see your cash advance amount change, especially if you’ve come to rely on it. There are a lot of complex factors that determine what you’re eligible for.

Why has the amount I’m eligible for changed?

Based on your transaction history, some months you might not qualify for a higher advance, or you might qualify for the same amount as you did the previous month. Unfortunately, this isn’t something the Customer Success team has any say over.

To help you qualify for more, make sure your account balance remains healthy, your income accounts remain connected, and you keep saving.

I’ve already had a cash advance, why don't I qualify anymore?

You’ve had an advance, paid it back, and now you don't qualify.

If you’ve repaid a cash advance in the past 24 hours then you’re getting some time to cool-off before taking out another.

If it’s been more than 24 hours, then you don't qualify at the moment. Nothing to worry about: there are ups and downs to this money stuff. There are lots of factors that affect your eligibility that could get you qualifying again.
