Have at least one (1) bank account connected to the Cleo app, in order for Cleo to pay prize money if entrant is a winner of the Grand Prize.

Have agreed to Instagram’s Terms of Service.

Upon completion as stated above, the Entrant is automatically entered to win.

The first one hundred (100) Entrants will automatically receive $10 into their Cleo wallet within 7 days of the competition closing.

The Prize (“Prize”) is $10.

Entrant will only be entered once to win.

The 100 app downloaders will receive a $10 lump sum cash payment each. This payment will be transferred to the winner’s Cleo Wallets within 7 days of being selected and notified.

Limit to one (1) entry: There are no limits on how many times an Entrant may enter, however unless otherwise specified the Entrant will only be entered once to win.

Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Cleo and or its agents.

Cleo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice.

Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Cleo in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Cleo may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Cleo believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Cleo rejects any entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Cleo and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Cleo in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to Delaware’s choice of law rules.
