The winner will be chosen Monday, June 17 2024 12pm EST. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

For the Grand Prize, the winner will receive a $500 lump sum cash payment. This payment will be transferred to the Winner’s Cleo Wallet within 24-72 hours of being selected.

Limit to one (1) entry: each user may only connect one (1) bank account to enter. For connecting their bank account, the Entrant will only be entered once into the Grand Prize Draw.

Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Cleo and or its agents.

Cleo accepts no responsibility for entries not received, nor for incomplete or unsuccessful entries. Cleo is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.

Cleo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by Cleo.

Cleo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision(s).

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Cleo and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Cleo in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to Delaware’s choice of law rules.
