When you apply for your Credit Builder Card, you'll be prompted to create a 4-digit passcode πŸ”‘

What is a passcode?

A passcode is different from your PIN. You'll use your passcode to:

  • view your card details on the Spend tab

  • unfreeze your card

  • change your PIN

What's the difference between a passcode and my PIN?

Your PIN is the 4-digit number you'll use to verify purchases with your physical card or to use your card at an ATM.

How do I reset my passcode?

If you've forgotten your passcode, you can reset it from any screen that asks for it. For example:

  • Go to the Spend tab

  • Tap "Card details"

  • Tap "I think I forgot the code"

  • Follow the prompts to reset your code
