Have an Instagram account or create one for no cost (www.instagram.com). Entrants must agree to Instagram’s Terms of Service in order to create an account and in order to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Instructions for entry will be posted on Cleo’s Instagram account (@meetcleo) and the Cleo blog.

To gain one entry, entrants must tag another account in a comment on the relevant instagram account. To gain two entries, Entrants must enter and finish the designated chat flow. The designated chat flow will be posted by 9 AM EST on the Cleo Instagram page (@meetcleo), and the chat flow will be live and available in the Cleo app. Entrants share a screenshot of the completed chat flow to social media (either Instagram story or grid post tagging @meetcleo) and must tag Cleo (@meetCleo).

Upon completion as stated above, the Entrant is automatically entered to win a Prize of $100 (the “Prize”).

There are no limits on how many times an Entrant may enter and complete the designated chat flow, however the Entrant will only be entered once to win.

The winner will be notified by Direct Message (“DM”) on Instagram by 3:30pm EST on each Friday that the Sweepstakes runs. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The winner will receive a $100 lump sum cash payment. This payment will be transferred to the Winner’s Cleo Wallet within 7 days of being selected and notified.

Limit to one (1) entry: There are no limits on how many times an Entrant may enter by posting a screenshot from the designated chat flow and tagging @meetcleo for Cleo’s Free Money Friday. However, the Entrant will only be entered once to win.

Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Cleo and or its agents.

Entrants who share on social media outside of Instagram or Instagram Stories are ineligible for entry into this Sweepstakes.

Similarly, Entrants who share on social media as defined herein but do not tag Cleo as directed herein are also ineligible for entry into this Sweepstakes.

Cleo accepts no responsibility for entries not received, nor for incomplete entries. Cleo is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.

Cleo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by Cleo.

Cleo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision(s).

The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.Prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Cleo in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Cleo may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Cleo believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Cleo rejects any entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Cleo and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Cleo in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to Delaware’s choice of law rules.
