When it comes to accessing your credit limit on your card, you can only ever withdraw 90% of it at a time from an ATM. So basically, it's not possible to take your whole balance out in cash.

There are some fees that you will run into when using your Builder card at an ATM. You'll be charged $2.50 for an ATM withdrawal and the ATM provider itself may come with its own fees.
