If Cleo isn't accepting your address, here are a few pointers as to why.

So, you want to sign up for Cleo Plus to level up your financial health, but Cleo won’t accept the address you submitted? Try the following 👇

Submit residential address – Cleo can only accept residential addresses. If you submit a P.O. box or any other type of address, Cleo will not accept this address. Please resubmit an address and ensure it is suitable.

Address format – when you submit your address, our system compares this address to the one on your ID. Please resubmit your address using the same format of the address on your ID.
