Making sure your transactions are correctly categorized impoves the accuracy of your budget and insights

You can change the category of a transaction by heading to the Spend tab and tapping on the transaction you wanna change. Tap its current category to change it (you can even make custom categories 🎨 )

You can exclude a transaction from your budget, insights, and Roast. Head to the Spend tab and tap on the transaction you wanna change. Tap its current category, then add it to "excluded" - it'll be like it never happened ❌ This is great for stuff like savings transfers or student loans. More about excluding transactions here

If you wanna hide a whole bank account, just type "accounts" in chat and flip the green switch of an account to "off" 🛫 This is good if you wanna budget only your checking account and skip your savings 🔐

Cleo should automatically update your account twice daily, but you can manually refresh your accounts, too 💬 To manually refresh your accounts type "refresh" in chat and it'll happen

Your balance might look wrong cause you have an account visible that you don't want to be calculated into your budget. 💬 Type "accounts" in chat and hide any accounts you don't wanna budget by setting the green switch to "off"

Is one of your accounts disconnected? It happens sometimes. 💬 You can see your accounts anytime by typing "accounts" in chat. Then hit "Reconnect account" and follow the prompts from there

If you wanna hide a whole bank account, just type "accounts" in chat and flip the account's switch to "off" 🛫

If some of your personal details are wrong, in chat just hit the person ( 👤 ) icon and edit "Your details" directly from there
