If you see a charge from Cleo and you're not sure where it came from, it could be from a subscription payment ($5.99 for Plus or $14.99 for Builder), an Express Payout charge ($3.99), Cleo's autosave feature (random amount), or a few other possibilities

I asked for a cash advance and it hasn't arrived yet
If you requested a cash advance but you don't see the money yet, it's probably because the standard payout can take up to 4 business days to arrive (weekends aren't included in this timeframe)
If you want to receive your payment faster, like within 24 hours, you can opt in for the Express Payout option. The Express Payout option costs $3.99 and is charged at the same time as your advance repayment
I sent money to or from the Cleo Wallet, but I don't see it anywhere
Transfers and payments can take up to 4 business days to arrive ποΈ
If you withdrew money from your Cleo Wallet, the money will appear in the account attached to your Cleo Wallet. If you transferred or deposited money into your Cleo Wallet, you'll see it in the Save tab π
