What types of emails would I receive?
Account opening and verification: Your account agreement, and requests for additional documents like ID verification
Account changes: Confirmations when your name, email, or phone number is updated
Account closure: A notice if your Smart Investing account is closed, including for inactivity
Documents, disclosures, and required notices: Alerts when new statements, disclosures, prospectuses, or fund notices like voting information are available. These point you to the Cleo app or an external link
Deposits and withdrawals: Confirmations, delays, and failed transactions
Where will these emails come from?
They will come from info@atomicvest.com. Emails about your Smart Investing account identify Atomic Invest and Atomic Brokerage as the firms providing advisory and brokerage services.
What if I haven't received any emails?
Check your spam or junk folder. Then check that the email address on your Cleo account is correct.
