Why is my deposit or withdrawal not working?

You want to know why your Cleo Invest deposit or withdrawal is delayed

Why do my deposits keep getting cancelled?

If your Cleo Invest deposit doesn't go through the first time, it's retried automatically a few times. A canceled deposit usually means there wasn't enough money in your bank account across all of those attempts.

A few things to check:

  • Your linked bank account has enough money, including any other pending payments

  • Your bank hasn't declined or blocked the payment

  • Your bank account is still connected to Cleo

Why was my withdrawal delayed or cancelled?

Two common reasons:

  • Withdrawing to a different bank account than the one you deposited from. For the first 60 days after a deposit, that money can only be withdrawn back to the bank account it was deposited from

  • An extra manual check. Some transactions are reviewed by Atomic's team, and it usually doesn't mean anything is wrong

If neither applies, Atomic's support team can help.

Why haven't I received my withdrawal after the confirmation email?

The withdrawal completed email means Atomic has finished processing it and sent the money to your bank.

From there it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your bank.
