How do I repay my Early Income?

How is my Early Income repaid? Can I repay early?

Repayment is automatic — the full amount is taken from your chosen payment method, on your chosen repayment date. You don't need to do anything.

A few things to know:

  • Repayment is by debit card only — credit cards aren't accepted

  • Partial repayments aren't supported — the full amount is processed in one go

  • You can repay early at any time in the Request tab

  • Repayment will be attempted if there is sufficient funds in your account.

To repay early:

  • Go to Request

  • Tap Early Income

  • Select Repay now

What happens if my Early Income repayment fails?

What happens if my repayment doesn't go through? Will there be retries?

If a repayment can't be processed on your chosen date, reasonable retry attempts may be made. You'll get a notification and email if a payment attempt fails.

In the meantime, you can repay manually at any time in the Request tab. You can't repay via your online banking portal — bank transfer details aren't provided for Early Income repayments.

Can I change my Early Income repayment date?

How do I extend my Early Income repayment? Can customer support change my repayment date?

Yes — you can extend your repayment by reaching out to our Customer Support team.

A few things to know:

  • You must reach out to Customer Support in order to change your repayment date.

  • You can extend by up to 35 days

  • Extensions to a repayment date on weekends or bank holidays are not available.
