Repayment is automatic — the full amount is taken from your chosen payment method, on your chosen repayment date. You don't need to do anything.
A few things to know:
Repayment is by debit card only — credit cards aren't accepted
Partial repayments aren't supported — the full amount is processed in one go
You can repay early at any time in the Request tab
Repayment will be attempted if there is sufficient funds in your account.
To repay early:
Go to Request
Tap Early Income
Select Repay now
What happens if my Early Income repayment fails?
What happens if my repayment doesn't go through? Will there be retries?
If a repayment can't be processed on your chosen date, reasonable retry attempts may be made. You'll get a notification and email if a payment attempt fails.
In the meantime, you can repay manually at any time in the Request tab. You can't repay via your online banking portal — bank transfer details aren't provided for Early Income repayments.

Yes — you can extend your repayment by reaching out to our Customer Support team.
A few things to know:
You must reach out to Customer Support in order to change your repayment date.
You can extend by up to 35 days
Extensions to a repayment date on weekends or bank holidays are not available.
